Background: This small start-up company needed help with all aspects of the commercialization process. Its first product was in a late phase of development; a launch plan needed to be prepared and the sales process defined. All marketing material and sales tools had to be developed, including product pricing and positioning.
Approach: The primary task was to focus on understanding the market, target customers, customer’s needs and initial applications. Thereafter came planning and implementing the launch. Through our network, we helped the company in choosing an agency and recruiting additional resources to the Board of Directors.
Results: The product is now launched, sales have started, the organization has grown and distributors are being assigned. New products are under development, further strengthening the company’s position.
